FASTROM Header Patch
Added 2023-02-24 16:14:37 +0000 UTCI have not been changing the headers on these patches as it does not actually affect FASTROM speeds, however, some emulators and tools are showing them as SLOWROM and people get worried or confused.
This is an optional patch that you can use to change the headers to fastrom. Works on all patches!

No emulator or system is actually "affected" by it, but it can "display" as slowrom in tools/rom checkers/rom info pages due to the header.
