so the rings are driven by the strap underneath it (which is just hidden in the end render), the strap has dforce applied on it, and every single polygon on the strap has a null attached to it, then every single ring is a child of the null underneath it. so now if we run dforce the strap will do its thing and the rings will follow along with the strap.
the belt with the buckle is working almost the same way. the top belt has dforce applied to it, and on the last polygon of the top belt has a null attached to it, then the buckle itself is a child of the top belt's null, and the lower belt is a child of the buckle with dforce on it.
this is not perfect whatsoever. especially once things start to bunch up, but for draping things down like this it works great
