2021-03-06 04:51:44 +0000 UTCThe Demon of Okinawa reference is when Tatsuya first used his powers against enemy forces, in particular Material Burst, I believe. He also used Restoration on Miyuki as she was killed in the attack, which is why she said her own life itself was a gift from her brother. The Okinawa incident was basically when Tatsuya came to the attention of the Japanese Defense Forces.

After reaching their limits they basically get tired mentally, and if they keep going past their limit a phenomenon called "magic calculation area overheating" occurs, which can lead to permanent mental damage and they can lose the ability to use magic, or even die.

She changed the ice at the last minute back into carbon dioxide to poison Lu Gonghu's lungs. And Miyuki didn't use Mizuki's powers per se. She kinda just borrowed her help to ascertain Chen's location.
