The magic Azusa used (the bow thingy) was, in short, a spell to calm the mind so they can make sound decisions. Azusa is the president because Mayumi already stepped down, by around the middle of the school year third year students drop club and council activities to focus on the college/university exams/preparation.

Yotsuba are genetically somewhat unique in the sense that they can transfer data from mind-to-mind via touch (Yotsuba Clan specializes specifically in Super Powers and Mental Interference type Magic, so they are more geared towards all kinds of non-physical Magic, that directly affects the Mind of a target, bypassing physical restrictions), so basically Tatsuya is relaying data from his own mind to Miyuki's. This is basically why Yotsuba can use Flash Cast, where one conditions one's brain to recall Magic Sequences directly from memory, with Tatsuya being more OP than the other members at this because of the way his brain is wired after having been modified as an infant, thus Tatsuya technically speaking has NO subconsciousness, in a sense of the word. He only has a Consciousness and a Subconsciousness-converted-to-Consciousness, technically speaking

2020-10-06 23:06:46 +0000 UTCTatsuya and Miyuki are kinda sealing each other's powers, so they're both extremely nerfed most of the time at this point. Yotsubas were afraid of Tatsuya and came up with this measure.

2020-10-06 23:04:39 +0000 UTCThe reaction of the students are centred around the fact that Tatsuya was ordered to fight in the front lines. Even as magic high school students, they're not supposed to fight as underaged citizens. That's highly unethical even in their world.

She's got the multiscope spell on constantly, allowing her to view things from multiple angles (kinda like clairvoyance). Also, before Juumonji blocked the missiles, the guy from 101 destroyed them. That's why Juumoji commented on the "supersonic launcher" spell.
