There are use cases for 'fucked' in English too, just not as used here. In English, 'fucked' is usually for penetrative sex acts. It focuses on the sexual act, and does not imply 'violation' by default. '犯す' seems to focus on the violation of something rather than the sexual act. The 'something' being violated could be non-sexual, like the law (法を犯す). Therefore, '犯す' seems functionally different than 'fucked'. It would be good to break down the elements. One can put many ideas into a single sentence, but even native English writers struggle to control sprawl and clarity when doing so. Such is a skill refined well into one's university classes. I wouldn't worry about it just yet.

Starting with 'ejaculate' makes it sound blunt when coming from the previous sentence. Since Mei suggests "keep ejaculating" in the previous sentence, I think adding something like "Go on," or "Come on," would ease the transition. This actually leads me to my second idea. Since Mei already asks the boy to keep ejaculating in the previous sentence, it could be dropped in this sentence. Something like... "Let my warm belly lick and suck on your entire body until it melts away." The original line mentions being converted into cum, so we end the sentence with "melts into cum" too if that sounds better. First, the use of 'fucked' is not conveying what it should. Whether used as a verb or a noun, the word usually refers to the act of sexual intercourse as a whole. While ejaculation obviously happens during intercourse, the work 'fucked' is not a synonym for 'ejaculated'. Given that Mei is urging the boy to ejaculate, the word 'ejaculate' should be used instead. The second confusing part would be the use of 'like a' which I explained above. Even with a better understanding of the sentence, the first comment is still accurate. Now as to how I would convey the situation in English? Well uh...I'm not great at writing erotic dialogue, so bear with me now. My first idea was something like "Ejaculate to the feeling of my warm belly licking and sucking on your whole body."

"Get fucked...like a full-body licking and sucking in a warm belly." are two different ideas, so it is confusing to read. Unfortunately I don't know what the intended meaning is, so I'm not sure how to suggest fixing it, but hopefully something I said helps. (ᵔ▿ᵔ)

Were you trying to compare the feeling of getting fucked to "a full-body licking and sucking in a warm belly" perhaps? I think the 'like a' part is where the confusion is happening, as "Get fucked and converted to cum" works as a standalone sentence. However, it then is compared to a situation that the idea wouldn't usually be compared with.
