VEGETARIAN?

I went vegetarian again, Katie had been threatening it & I’ve been thinking about it for years, but decided against it for the sake of simplifying family meals. Now that the kids are older, less picky & know how to cook, it seemed like the perfect time! Plus, I’m really good at giving things up. No caffeine since the stroke, I probably drink a couple sips of alcohol a week & now, no meat! I’m gonna go knock people’s drinks out of their hands! (just kidding, no edge, no judgment on others!)
