Surprised at the distinct lack of James Stephanie Sterling references. Either you were genuinely restraining yourself out of taste when writing the review, or you just plain didn't consider. 😅 Also, regarding remakes vs side-stories, why not do both? As in something similar to (e.g.) the fan film remake of Power of the Daleks with Nick Scovell, adapting a classic serial into the style of NuWho?
