This is the Citroen Saxo Cup (VTS in the UK Market), but came as "Cup" in Portugal, this was/is a very well known pocket rocket from the late 90's that won alot of fame among enthusiasts, as it was a lightweight car with great handling and mechanical simplicity, with some options to tune it, that helped make it earn even more fans.
