Vanilla Vehicles Expanded - Wisent Update!

- Added four new memes and 9 new vehicle-related precepts. This content is only active if Ideology DLC is active.
- Added 5 new resources: Car Battery, Car Fuel Tank, Car Transmission, Car Radiator and Car Wiring.
- Rebalanced all Tier 2 vehicle costs to require these new components.
- Increased market value of Tier 2 vehicles correspondingly.
- Added Wisent, a new Tier 2 Military truck capable of transporting 10 people and decent cargo.
- Added a chance for engines and fuel tanks to explode when damaged.
- Added mod options setting to remove handbrake damage.
- Added bonus for Prowler, Roadrunner and Dirtbike for travelling on hills and mountains.
- Moved Vehicles and Vehicle-related structures to the Vehicles architect tab added by Vehicle Framework.
- Changed engine location from external to internal on: Bulldog, Tango, Wagon, Smuggler, Warbird.
- Fixed armor values (blunt and sharp were reversed) on: Bangbus, Highwayman, Roadkill, Bulldog, Tango.
- Added shadows to departing aircraft.

I don’t think this is something one can answer. They’re reliable for caravans and combat.

2023-09-05 19:16:29 +0000 UTCI have a question. While the addition of the new veichle is cool, why should I use it? As in, it costs more than the T2 and T1 cargo transport and has poor usage of chemfuel. That's fine. But the thing is, it can only carry as much cargo as the other veichles - 600kg. So it doesn't make sense, resource wise, for me to use the new veichle when I can just plop a T2 cargo veichle and have better fuel consumption AND a cheaper veichle to work with. Im sorry but it doesn't make sense one bit. I think increasing the cargo would do wonders for the veichle. Say, 1000 instead of 600. Or smth like that. Otherwise its a good change.
