[DEVBLOG#238] Vanilla Factions Expanded - Deserters in testing

Vanilla Factions Expanded - Deserters has entered testing today. If you'd like to help us out and test it yourself, as well as provide feedback and bugs for us to fix, make sure to head over to Vanilla Testing Expanded discord server, read the rules and join us in testing!
As always with testing, some things are not quite finished yet, but majority of the mod is there, which also meant I had to provide infographics, which I did. I bet you'd like to see the pretty images to find out what the mod ultimately has, so what I will do is I will post them down below.
Please do remember that some parts are still missing - notably, the plot system and the final mission. Those will come in the near future.



































































Quite a big mod, isn't it? We're really getting into the 'this mod is almost a DLC' territory.
I'm flying away to Germany tomorrow so I won't be around to answer any questions, but I'm excited to read what you think about this mod!

2023-06-29 20:18:41 +0000 UTCHandheld mortar only fires High Explosive shells - it doesn't have an ammo system. But yes, the new shells can be used by any artillery in the game that accepts different shells.

I am now looking forward to this more than any other upcoming mod with the exception of the Vehicles Expanded which I know is out of your hands. This could be it's own DLC because it perfectly supplements the Royalty DLC which added the first new faction. Amazing work and kudos to all of the very talented coders/programmers you have in the VE team. 10/10 from a guy who is now 200 hrs away from 10k hours.
