Poll: What is your single must-have Vanilla Expanded mod?

I am wondering which of the Vanilla Expanded mods is your must-have, which mod you cannot live without and is with you on every playthrough.
I know that for some people it would be difficult to pick just one, but imagine all mods get removed and only one is allowed to stay, which one would it be?
