Added 2020-01-12 23:07:00 +0000 UTCHello everyone and welcome yet again to another RimWorld Mod development diary!
Today I would like to show you something I was working tirelessly on for the last couple of days. It's a new module for our furniture series - and I know for a fact it's a module a lot of you requested.
Finally you can put the Art skill to good use! I have created a plethora of new structures as well as rugs and holograms with unique mechanics! Please, take a look:

Due to the fact that I am not familiar with his mod, it will be easier for him to add a mod integration for this mod.

Whilst it is possible to make a house out of such wall-blocks, it will be insanely expensive and time consuming. We are also not adding any wall-hanging elements. It is not a vanilla RimWorld mechanic, and things look weird when hanging off the walls due to the projection for the graphical assets. Such a thing just doesn't fit vanilla game in my eyes.

2020-01-13 13:31:40 +0000 UTCLooks very cool. Any plans to make the pots and sculptures compatible with N7huntsman's ceramics mod? PS: That rug is really going to tie a few rooms together.
2020-01-13 06:42:16 +0000 UTCSweet! Am I correct in understanding that a relief is basically a big section of wall with a carving on it? So, hypothetically, you could make a house where all of the walls are reliefs, and aside from the beauty bonus, it would act the same as a house made out of walls of the same material? Also, any chance you're planning on adding paintings/photographs/wall hanging things to this module?
