[DEVBLOG#14] Meet Empress Evil

A next faction we will be expanding on is Insectoids. Now, I cannot disclose too much, but we have a storyteller set in place already. Meet Empress Evil.
Empress Evil will be a truly difficult storyteller - she doesn't know or respect the concept of "good". This storyteller disables ALL positive events - cargo pods, wanderers who join, even the Man in black. The only things that can happen are things that can potentially lead to your downfall.
She will scale just like Cassandra Classic - progressively sending more and more powerful events, peaking with a grand battle/catastrophe, and then starting with little, quite easy events again.
