New Meditation and material on the way

My apologies for the delay in relsease this month.
I had to travel for surgury and was down for recovery for 2 weeks.
Beltaine has arrived and the energy of spring with it.
Feeling much better and healing (Thanks to Uruz)
Today I will be releasing a song based on a piece in the Havamal
The Thurisaz Meditation should not be far behind, I also plan on doing some ruinic talks and explinations soon.
