Michael means The Last World as the last iteration of a present that can’t replicate itself into another framework, correct? Not that the present framework broke the breaks and we’re just careening?English isn’t my first language, I can follow along with Michael’s broad analysis but I always struggle grasping the thesis of his episodes

If you search “manuscript” there’ll be a text only Patreon entry that contains a cache of some of Michael’s novels. I think there’s 5 or 6, hosted on Mediafire. Good luck!

Does anybody know where I can find Michael's novels? And maybe a recommendation for a good entry into his work?

I didn't say I wouldn't watch it, I just hate seeing movies while everybody's still yapping about them. Gotta wait until the miasmic Zeitgest has dissipated

I know you said on Twitter you haven’t seen Zone of Interest and don’t plan on it, but it’s about exactly what you’re talking about when you talk about what’s lacking from the “typical Holocaust film” (feels disgusting to say now that I’ve typed it out), it’s full of the economic and bureaucratic aspects of the reich, and intentionally bears similarities to how systems work in neoliberalism. On top of that it portrays Nazis as sniveling little rat fucks who are climbing over each other in the shit heap to get even *noticed* by anyone above them in ranking by making presentations on how “productive” and “efficient” they are. Hard to recommend to anyone with a conscience but I think everyone SHOULD see it
