Maybe he is a true believer, or maybe he believed Trump's assurances that COVID would soon go away like a miracle, and the miracle would be attributed to him.

Damn, and to think I actually bought into this nonsense at one point and actually had him "lay hands" on me to "receive a blessing" or some shit. So glad I came out from that delusional fantasy land. Now if I could only help my mother.

This guy is such an obvious charlatan. I feel sorry for anyone who is taken in by him. They are coming from such a low place. A place utterly lacking in sophistication. I pity them as I realize how much help they need and how difficult everything in life is for them. And that's the crux right there. Everything IS difficult for them, which makes Copeland's appeal that much more attractive: The idea that faith alone will solve all their problems.

Anything he tells the public not to do, he is definitely doing in private.

When Copeland said God put his foot on satan's head, when the word foot escaped his mouth, I thought he said fuck. It took the rest of the sentence for me to realize he said foot. I wonder if he swears a lot in private.
