Just FYI, here's an article from the New Yorker magazine, "Do Scandinavians Have it All Figured Out". Finland, for instance, has been experimenting with 'universal income'. Finland, as well as Norway and other Scandinavian countries, has 100% literacy rate; kids go to school for 4 hours a day, with no homework. I read that Norway's prisons (or is it Iceland?) are almost empty (you can look that up if you want); and their prison cells look like neat, small apartments. In other words, it would appear that they have the social sciences down to a tee. Anyway, just thought maybe you'd like to read this:
