oh fucking awesome. I can't wait for the convention. and thats fantastic to hear, that she's lost interest in joining. I can't imagine being married to a JW and having to fight over teaching the kid about the religion. I remember my mom trying to convince my ex (who has never been associated with JWs) to get me to go back to meetings. if I only went back to meetings, all of our problems would be solved. id be the perfect husband with the perfect job and everything would be perfect. they live in delusion sometimes

I have been married to a JW women for 15 years now. It is surprising how nasty she can be to me now that she has lost all hope that I will convert. She is still considered a good person by all JWs involved because the mistrust and demonization of anybody outside the religion is reinforced so thoroughly on a regular basis. I have actually had one of her sisters say to my face that she realizes my wife (her sister) does not treat me very well, but if I was to become a Witness she would have no choice but to be loving and kind towards me! Can you imagine!!! Anyway, I live in the Bay Area so I am exited for the FFRF conference coming up......and possibly meeting one of my heroes. BTW, I was anonymously interviewed by ExJW Fifth about a year ago (Worldly husband).......and would love to know what you think about the "method" that I developed to successfully keep my daughter out of the cult. She (Alfa-force One) now wants nothing to do with them and is on high alert whenever a JW is talking to her.
