This episode was a ride. I am a massive Cleo stan. I'm pleasantly surprised by my level of investment in some of the side stuff, especially Rafe, all of a sudden.

I feel like they have the most chemistry and thereβs been subtle hints at them including the look JJ gave Kie when she kissed Pope on the forehead in this episode, or the look JJ gave them when they kissed at the end of last season. We also already know JJ has had a thing for her because in the pilot episode JJ mentions how heβs tried to get with Kie before but βthat door has always been lockedβ. I also feel like Kie wants someone carefree and JJ is exactly that. When she shutdown pope last season she mentions how she wants to travel the world and he doesnβt want those things but JJ does.
