Thanks to Alex for the commission and his agreement to release the weapon publicly.
With the efforts of my friend Black and I, we finally brought this weapon from Elden Ring, including the weapon art, to Skyrim. It took almost a month. Hope you guys will enjoy it. :)
It's craftable.

【Description】
When you equip Commander's Standard, the system will automatically equip you with the skill Rallying Standard.
Press "Z" to trigger the skill. When you take off your weapon, the skill will be deleted automatically.
【Skill】
Rallying Standard：Increase your health, stamina, and damage resistance.
