2022-09-03 01:54:54 +0000 UTCi recommend watching the 'inside the episode' clips they put in the end of every episode. the first bit is a trailer for the next ep, but just skip that and check out the 'inside' stuff bc it's short, doesn't give anything away, but the writers/directors will talk about certain scenes happening and why, it's fun lil tidbits, like for example they mention how Rhaenyra was the perfect person to go to Daemon to get the egg back because not only is she someone capable of standing up to him, but she's one of the few people he listens to

2022-08-30 21:15:43 +0000 UTCthe absolute insane middle child energy of Daemon in this episode. he really broke into the dragon pit to steal an egg, left a note about his upcoming marriage (that he hadn't even mentioned to his girlfriend), started a pregnancy rumor, and staged a big scene on a bridge, all just to get some attention. And all it took was Rhaenyra stomping up and calling him on his bullshit to end it.
