I'm once again cutting it really close to the end of the month deadline for these reward posts. π₯Ή It's been a really shitty month for me, so I'm just barely clawing my way back into the land of the living and trying to function like a normal human being lol
I don't really have any great ideas of what I can post as preview for RS now that we're so close to the end of the development cycle, so I'm going for a low-effort preview post π€£ Here's a preview clip of one Aldrias scene that has the voice acting implemented!
In the past, I've received some questions about the partial VA in RS, so a quick explanation here as well: all the CG scenes are fully voiced, while the rest of the dialogue are partially voiced with bark lines β think sounds like sigh/laugh/hum, words or short phrases to convey tone/emotion like "well..." or "no way!". Occasionally, there'll be some lines that are also fully voiced if I think the scene is romantic or impactful β such as the scene you see above.
All voice acting can be muted in settings, in case that's not your thing. But hopefully you liked the preview clip & will give it a shot in game playing with voices on!
