2022-02-14 22:02:07 +0000 UTCSo I agree with you on TO. I really hated what they came back and did with season 5. But the main showrunner left and Julie Plec (TVD showrunner) was calling the shots. For some reason she decided to do basically the same finale for both shows. Stefan's sacrifice and Elijah's were both unnecessary and imo went against the entire character arc's for both characters. The actor that played Elijah said he didn't really understand that ending for his character either. Personally I think Hayley and Elijah should have lived. If not, then at least they should have given us an afterlife scene that they kept hinting at the entire season.

2022-02-14 07:49:59 +0000 UTCrebekah, klaus and elijah are definitely some of the best characters in the tvd universe overall! and i agree, i feel closer to the tvd characters even tho most of them get on my nerve and i don't care about delena/stelena wars! but maybe bc it came first? also i don't like any of the to characters except for the three originals and marcel so...
