2022-01-15 00:49:14 +0000 UTCthe thing about the kiss is, i love it! stiles has been in love with her for years and thinks is gonna get her at some point, but the reality is Lydia has really known him since s3.. and he's been obsessing over a girl that he knows nothing about, except for her appearance (the measurement and strawberry blonde comment in s2) and her intelligence bc he's been observing her for so long. truth is, he didn't know the real Lydia until this season imo, and Lydia doesn't even know herself yet lol, they're teens! in s3, Lydia is finally having real moments with Stiles, like her building an actual relationship and having real conversations! i love this kiss bc she finally knows a bit of him and is comfortable enough to be with him, to support him in these situations and to kiss him! now for Lydia to say she read it somewhere i think it was a cover up bc she really didn't know what to do and she just thought kissing him was the right thing to do in the moment to distract him; i don't think she's in love with him, but i think her perspective of Stiles kinda changes after that kiss (look at her face!!!!). for so long Stiles was just the weird guys who's obsessing on a girl he doesn't even know and now Lydia is actually seeing him as a friend, like she did with Scott two episodes ago by holding his hand! i could extra-pole too, but her having physical contact with those 2 really says a lot since it can be safe to say that she was physically and emotionally abused a lot in this show!

2022-01-09 19:11:08 +0000 UTCat the end of the day Derek is just an adult who turned teenagers bc he was bored and felt threatened by Scott, another teenager... ii'm glad Isaac stand up to him like that! bc he's the only adult here and he's not doing anything for fixing all of this... it's understandable he's staying with Cora but he should also be the one helping, finding solutions, coming up with plans and not the teenagers especially the human ones like Stiles, Allison or Lydia

She’s just as much his as Stiles, Alison and Isaac. As well I remember Derek saying to Scott in Season 2 that he had his own pack which included Lydia even then.

He wasn't sure he could even go back to acting after the accident. His injuries included multiple facial fractures and brain trauma which can cause uncharacteristic outbursts of anger and unexpected reactions to stress. He said he had a bad panic attack in the airport when he was leaving to film the first movie he did after the accident (American Assassin). He said he was almost unable to board the plane and only managed it because his father was with him. Panic attacks are tough,

Like there’s no other possible way to get someone to hold their breath than to kiss them???? Lol. Nah she kissed him spontaneously and then made up the holding breath thing because she wasn’t even sure herself why she did it. I’d be more inclined to believe it if she said she did it to distract him …. but to make him hold his breath? It doesn’t make sense and holding your breath is actually a terrible idea for stopping a panic attack. Lydia is a genius and would not blindly accept silly advice like that without first checking it’s accuracy. Good grief I’ve watched this show way too much. 😂

When you get to the end of 3B you’ll be glad you did. I don’t even know how you’d cover both halves in one go. So much happens, and I think it’s safe to say that 3B is the favourite season for the majority of fans.

2022-01-08 00:56:52 +0000 UTCanother reason i enjoyed teen wolf more than vampire diaries is the constant talk of mental health; stiles has a panic attack, he's talked about it before in s1 and s2, it feels so real too. in tvd, if someone had a panic attack they wouldn't talk about it ever again, it'd be like one of those special episodes family sitcoms had. and i know i probably already talked about it, but i just love how they mix their ongoing mental state in the show, it really impacts the show and makes the characters more relatable and realistic. stefan had ptsd during early season 5 after drowing for a whole summer, by the end of that same season he's just fine again. i should really stop comparing the shows, lol

2022-01-08 00:35:42 +0000 UTCI loved the stydia kiss, of course it isn't ideal for a first kiss but i found it very touching. The looks on their faces after and the music it was perfect. Weve always known that stiles has feelings for lydia but its always been unknown if lydia ever had feelings for him, the look on her face after kissing him made me think she definitely felt something. I was surprised when they revealed Scotts dad and i love the idea of stiles, Allison, and Scott sacrificing themselves to save their parents and i was super interested to see the consequences of that. To talk about something more serious, you shouldn't apologize for the long pause. The scene with the sheriff telling that story is very emotional and something the show does well is the emotional beats. If you do go through something similar it can be hard not to think about while watching a show. Thanks for always being yourself Jer and sharing what you do with us!

I have watched that scene so many times (too many times if I’m honest … it’s a problem 😂) and it was clearly spontaneous, she didn’t know what to do and wanted to take his pain away. Kissing him wasn’t a conscious choice on her part. She just said she read it somewhere afterwards because she wasn’t entirely sure herself why she did it (holding your breath while having a panic attack is actually a terrible idea and genius Lydia would have known that, plus she stumbles over her words and takes a big pause before explaining it, like she’s trying to figure out herself why she kissed him) You can see on her face that it took her by surprise too. You can see how she keeps her eyes closed for quite a few seconds afterwards, longer than stiles does. And when stiles says that was really smart and comes back to reality she looks disappointed that the moment is over.

What a rough thing to go through at 15 years old <3 You're such a likable and admirable person, no wonder why everytime I have a free time, I go streight to your patreon to watch a few reactions ! 2022-01-07 23:33:23 +0000 UTCI liked the kiss at first but then people mentioned that Lydia only did it to help him and then i felt like it was not what i wanted for them but watching it again(and again) i ended up really loving it! Just the light, the music and both of their expressions. It felt so genuine and i feel like it's such a lovely moment. It is for sure one of my favourite moments through out the show. I feel like they have been slowly building up Allison and Isaac so far this season pluss as people have already mentioned in the comments, with Lydia having just had this moment with Stiles and Deaton is like a father figure to Scott. I do feel like Scott and Allison have had some moments but i can see them growing more apart slowly, just as slowly as Allison and Isaac has gotten closer. I get it tho, i was really unsure about it too.

2022-01-07 23:09:34 +0000 UTCThe thing with the emotional tethers is like, yeah while Isaac and Allisons bond isn't as strong as Allison and Lydias, you have to think of the 3 people on the other side. Stiles only has an emotional tether to Lydia out of the 3. Not to Isaac or Deaton. So Lydia is naturally the only one who could bring him back. And while Scott and Isaac do have a kind of bond, Allison and Deaton don't. But Deaton being Scotts boss and mentor give them a bond. So naturally, Isaac would be the only option for Allison and Deaton the better option for Scott. So yeah it may seem weird for it to be Isaac and Allison at first cause their bond/tether doesn't seem strong right now, but when you actually put thought into it, it's the only way it would work.

2022-01-07 22:54:09 +0000 UTCi've been thinking about that stydia kiss for a while lmao, i have the same exact thought. i wanted their first kiss to be grand or smth, him waiting for so long and all :)) the conclusion on my (rooting for Stiles person) part is that i didn't like the kiss at first thinking he just needed help, she swooped in and saved the day but then i remember her face and i'm like yeah,, she felt something and that's a good start, a work in progress lol. i know they had to do something cause Lydia was obviously an emotional tether to Stiles and Allison and Scott were left on their own but Allison and Isaac? even though i think they're a cute, goofy pair i don't think they had that grand of an emotional bond to be each other's emotional tethers in that situation but we're gonna let that slide😂 thanks for the reaction,, looking forward to 3A finale!!💜
