Father Kieran is growing on me as a character!

I like Father Kieran, humans are so poorly represented and written in TVD, here they are better used, for some, and here we see that a human can be a holder of power equal to those of a supernatural community, that they just can't be simply erased. So Father Kieran's boldness, I appreciate it. I really like the interactions between Camille and Klaus, it's a deeper dialogue on psychology and their ways of thinking in general, they exchange a lot, it's not just superficial or sexual, it's really an intellectual exchange mind to mind. The last scene is particularly well played, especially by Camille.

Are they Irish or did there parents just want an irish name and didn’t know to put the fadda on it. The fadda changes how things are pronounced in Gaeilic so Sean would be sh-aan normally but Seán is the normal Shaun or shawn i like they way mine is spelled though looks more irish

TVD s02e08, first meeting between Elijah and Elena. He had to take off her necles with vervain and only then did the hypnosis work. Marcel and the others are taking vervain now, Stefan and Damon have started taking it just to protect themselves from the Originals

I actually liked this ep, even though they are kinda slow burn episodes so far. I feel like joseph Morgan and Leah pipes who play Klaus and cami did so amazing in that scene at the end. Like you said you can always see Klaus's emotions through his eyes and his facial expressions. As much as I hate that Klaus took away camis right to find out what happened to her brother, I feel like he does like her and care about her in some way since he said he would find out what happened and get justice for her brother. Also Davina is super powerful, and such an interesting character for me when I first watched the show. Excited for you to see some of these storylines play out!

I feel like he did it with 2 different intentions. 1st, for her to concentrate on his plan to spy on Marcel, and 2nd, for her mind to be put at ease and not obsess over what happened to her brother while getting herself killed, then he'll find everything out for her. I agree that he had no right to take that away from her. He may be really intelligent and a master at strategizing, but he's so clueless about 'being human' and feels like what he was doing was justifiable. Good along with selfish intentions.

Klaus compelling Cami to forget her brother and everything that happened to him was so heartbreaking as well as upsetting. But then again Klaus isn't supposed to care about anyone but himself. Cami is simply his tool. They were both crying. Is that supposed to mean that he felt bad about doing it...?
