2021-06-24 06:53:30 +0000 UTCI put myself in Damon's shoes, and I'd have done the same. He has every right to choose not to forgive her. Her dying, Stefan being there, changes nothing. Call it horrible or disgusting, you have to live it to judge it. Everything's easy when you're viewing from the third person.

2021-06-22 23:21:38 +0000 UTCI completely agree with the whole part about Damon i was just sad he did it in font of Stefan because he did know his mother tried and she loved them but like you said he didn’t so i cant blame him, i think its a wasted potential to kill her off so soon she could have been such a good character in the show and really brought together the brothers I’m really emotional still from watching her death haha

Damon only knows she abandoned them, let them be abused, hell she mentally abused them herself, and helped a psychopath put the woman he adores in a coma for 60 years so she can get back the people she calls “family” and let him know immediately that she cared more about them than him. He was hurt too many times to forgive that quickly. If he would have had more time they could have made up. Lily was starting to come around. It was sad timing. I don’t like how she treated her children but she was trying on that last day at least…even tho you can tell how she always favored Stefan.

2021-06-22 22:07:56 +0000 UTCI just went back and watched the episode on YouTube because I’m going along with you and man what an emotional episode. The scenes with Stefan and his mother alone were so beautiful as well as Lillian sacrificing herself to save her children and Valerie was amazing. I’m really angry that she died when she’d just got Stefan back, i get why Damon is angry but in my opinion he was disgusting for what he said not only to his dying mother but to say to do it in front of Stefan knowing how much he loved her I thought it was very insensitive and awful. Again I’m really sad Lillian is gone, I said all along she still loved her children and she was a good woman and this episode proved she was. Now that complete ass of a man Julian better get slaughtered or her death will be for nothing and as far as Mary Lou is concerned she can be killed right along with him for her betrayal. She is the reason that Julian is alive and Lily is dead
