One thing I have noticed is that you are exactly right.. She Loves her fans!! That is very clear and I Love That!! and I also Love that Swifties are in fact a community, which is so cool!!

*I feel like I’m part of a family with the swifties it’s hard to explain haha

One thing I know from being a fan of her since I was a little girl is whether you go to a concert or not, Taylor Swift LOVES her fans. I feel like I’m part of a family community

LOL!! get some good rest my friend.. I can absolutely see your point, she makes sure to give the Band, Back Up Singers and Dancers their time to shine as well.. very cool on her part to do this.. and I will say too that she is great on the staging.. not only are the performances great but she is actually singing LIVE.. (WOW, what a concept).. and I must tell you that this alone is a Huge Push toward more from her for me, it is one of the reasons that I have fallen so hard for K Pop Groups like Twice, Dreamcatcher, etc.. They always sing LIVE!!

I love that she changed the acoustic song to have that echo, too. It’s not in the original song. I think she must have adjusted whatever went in the acoustic set to make sure the fans felt like they were part of it? Not sure. Considering the timing on the acoustic set and the parts with just her and the audience, it feels really…deliberate, to me? It always falls after a huge dance performance or something with big backup singer work, as far as I can tell. I can’t be sure, of course, but it sure looks to me like she gives her people a lot more time to change outfits, grab water, catch they breaths, etc. More than she gives herself, I mean. People have timed her backstage costume changes in the Eras tour and she’ll vanish down one lift and reappear in a new outfit from another in about ninety seconds. Meanwhile she always gives at least a full song and usually a crowd speech to everyone else to change. If that makes sense? Maybe I’m wrong about her reasoning, but with how she wanted every last detail considered for each new guest… Y’know? And how when her guitarist was out doing a solo to back up Mick Jagger, she got him front and center on the stage, right? Like she was behind him, full body framing him during his guitar solo and hyping the audience up. That’s what I like about her. It’s not that she writes the best music in the world, but there’s just something about seeing a solo artist, a household name, someone who solo wrote an album at 18 to prove a point (and it’s a good album!)…still making sure that her people are taken care of. And that’s why I think her acoustic choices and the timing of her doing backing vocal tracks instead of having her backup singers out is deliberate. Seems to me everything is. And it would be nice to think she arranged it so they could take five and chug some water sitting on one of those benches or something. She must be treating them well or paying through the nose or both, though, considering that guitarist is on the Eras tour with her and he’s been with her since 2006. So has her bassist and almost everybody else. Thinking of the turnover rate out this way… y’know? Either they like working with her or she pays them well enough they don’t care. (And seeing them interact on stage it sure seems like they’re friends.) I rambled on, haha. “I Know Places” might be my favorite off this album. Glad you liked it, too, haha. Might fall asleep watching part 3. If I don’t comment tonight, that’s why. 😂

I’m only partway through, but I absolutely agree. Not my favorite song, but the umbrellas and lights and everything? Especially since all the fans have matching glowing bracelets? I feel like that would have been magical in person. The song’s not bad or anything—only one of her songs is a skip for me, though most have a lot more skips than that—but the performance was the real good part. Back to the video, haha.
