I agree my friend, it was kinda a weird way to end it, although I am extremely happy for both of the ladies and Tzuyu for making it, I think it could have easily gone to Chaeryeong

The fact that Chaeryeong placed 9th in this show and JYP extended the members from 7 to 9, added the 8th place finisher (Tzuyu) and did not add the 9th place finisher and instead brought back an eliminated member, (not to disrespect MOMO) because he felt Twice needed a strong dancer (CHAERYEONG is as strong a dancer as you can get) was quite problematic for me. Honestly, I felt he added MOMO over Chaeryeong not because of a difference in skill, but because of marketing and sales to Japan. The more Japanese members Twice has (and it was the new trend at the time to add foreign members to groups for cross border marketing) the more marketable they would be in Japan. But to say it was for her dance ability when the 9th place finisher is JUST as good (in my opinion better) as Momo, was what I had issue with. Just be straight and say, we need a dancer and someone who is marketable in Japan. Say that. That was the truth.
