I can keep going for many many chapters. I just want to be sure periodically that I'm not boring everyone! 😂

I totally want to write them all! It's important to me to check in when it comes to longer stories to make sure everyone still wants to read more. I won't focus on BOE to the exclusion of all others, though it has gotten updated the most regularly. I do need to figure out a better rotation of the other stories, but I don't know what that would be (and I've tried several things). Thank you for telling me your thoughts!

That's very true - I did kind of code the Andrea-reveal and her disappearance as a soft end. In my head, the story is about three times its current length and could end up becoming even longer. As long as everyone's interested, I'll continue to write it. ☺️

That's incredible and makes me super happy. I have a lot of ideas for the story. There's sooo much I could realistically cover between everything with Kara's backstory, intimate exploration, the family dynamics, etc. Thank you!

I have a lot of plans for this story, and I also have a number of other stories I want to continue and finish. I don't think BOE getting updates will necessarily mean other stories are neglected since I've always written multiple things per month. I DO have a lot of other stories though and I struggle to pick what to focus on - even to the point that some of my favorites don't receive updates for a while. I've just written a lot, and I continue to write new stories that make me go, "hmmm, I want to write more of this! 😩 I can't fit this entire story into a one-shot!" It's incredible that BOE got you back into the supercorp fandom, and I really appreciate your perspective on things, so thank you for sharing. I want to write BOE as well as other stories, and my main reason for polling everyone was just to make sure there was continued interest - and I'm not just amusing myself by writing these other arcs. I'll keep all of that in mind and maybe do some other polls and/or find another way of changing up some of the updates month by month while also continuing with BOE. Thank you!

I agree with you. There is a lot that can happen and I planned out so much of it already. I just wanted to make sure everyone's still interested and I'm not humoring myself by writing more chapters, so I'll probably periodically still check in and make sure everyone's still invested from time to time. The things on your list are also on my own list. I'm not worried about repeating themes or plot points necessarily. I do sometimes worry everyone will reach a point where they're over BOE and want something new. I'm not losing steam and I could probably write this story forever, or at least until the stopping point I have in mind (and then the story would just continue in my head). Thank you!!

It's actually really good to hear from other opinions on this! There's a bunch of fics I'd love to write and that it bugs me I haven't updated. Which other fics do you like the most? I think if everyone who's in the "wrap it up soon" camp could let me know what they'd like to read, I can do my best to add in some other types of updates in the story rotation.

Yes, I completely agree, I see it being made up of 3 parts! I didn't want to create titles for the separate parts though. Not for practical reasons - just because titles are the bane of my existence. 😂 Thank you! 💙

echoing a lot of what others have said, i do really enjoy this story and it’s definitely one of my favorites. that said, i really would love to see you update disobedience and devotion, satisfaction guaranteed, and the firefighter au more frequently. you have so many great ideas and while i love this story, i don’t think you should focus on BOE to the exclusion of all others if that’s not what you genuinely want to do

I'm firmly in camp "Write what you love". If you feel like you have more to say in this universe then by all means, continue. If this is the story you're feeling passionate about at the moment, continue. But don't force yourself to write something that's not working for you. We'll be here either way =)

I don't want it to end but with the way I have been interpreting the story so far it seems like it's ready to end. I asked a few chapters back about it and you surprised me with your answer. I love the world you have built for this Kara and Lena, I do want more of them, more of the kids seeing Andrea for who she really is which is not a nice person and answers to Karas recent out of character in regards to that text and shutting down communication.

BOE is one of my favourite stories, not just of yours but of any author, so i obviously want it to go as long as you have ideas for it. There’s so much more to explore not only with the kids/pregnancy, but sexually too and i look forward to it all

Other comments make me wish human cloning technology has matured, so there will be two of you updating BOE and the other stories 😂 But personally, I would really love to see BOE continuing indefinitely, and if there were two of you, I want both of them to write BOE😛

I guess since this is one of the ones i look forward to having updated the most, i don’t notice the lack of other stories being updated as much, so i can feel for those who do. But i really love the characters and their development that’s happened, the way you tackle tropes that parallel real life issues has me hooked. i would love to read more since BOE is what got me back into the supercorp fandom. If polls including BOE always result in BOE winning, maybe have separate polls including everything except BOE since it seems there’s still a healthy demand do it. A break in between arcs to let other stories to shine through could also work. Don’t mean to step on any toes, just throwing in my two cents. TLDR; Love BOE and would love for it to continue for as long as you want, but i understand if it feels like favoritism to others. Hiatus between “arcs/seasons” is natural and can allow people breaks from/to miss it, creating reprieve/excitement to the respective readers.

While I do enjoy BOE I'm going to be honest here I want it to end so you can focus on finishing other great stories and starting a new big multichapter story too.

Not quite ready to let go. Like some, I read this on AO3 and just could not get enough so I subscribed. I feel like there's still so much that can happen in this world. I'm really invested in seeing Lena through her pregnancy, how Kara reacts to parenting a new born, how they'll deal with the healing period after Lena's birth and if that lack of sexual intimacy will reignite Lena's fears. I also want to see more about Kara's past, how she became the alpha she is, and maybe a preview of the type of people she dated before Lena. Not necessarily a jealousy ex-arc though since we're getting more than we need from Andrea. Just a run through. Kara's this perfect alpha so it's a wonder why she was she never rutted an omega. Ultimately it's your choice. If you're worried about repeating themes/plot points between your stories I can honestly say I trust your ability to keep things interesting. If your doubt is about losing steam because you no longer have passion to write in this universe then I look forward to reading your future works.

Unpopular opinion perhaps but i really like the other ongoing fics and they all have super interesting plots. Unfortunately they dont get updated much… and its always months between update… So if BOE ending means more time for the other fics then im all for it

Okay, so I am 100% on board with the story ending AND continuing... I think it would've been a great candidate for 2-3 separate stories but in the same universe (Similar to So this is...) -- In my head Story 1 is Lena &; Kara getting together and ending in mating bites, 2 is Andrea dramas/kids (currently), and 3 is More pregnancy/Karas back story. Edit: It's very hard to type a long message on a phone lol Either way, you're the author and I'll read whatever lol
