Dude, no worries at all about any of that! I'm always a bit late to reply to comments (I have like three other Major Tasks to do before bed today, including post BOE). You don't have to leave reviews, though I sure do love reading them. 💙 I'm happy you laughed and that the secondhand embarrassment wasn't too overwhelming! That would be an interesting AU plot idea! Would you like to put this on the next prompt poll? I just read this now, or I would have recommended including it for the one I posted today. Also, don't hide!

I really enjoyed this, and though I read it almost as soon as it was post, I’m a bit late with the comments. I laughed so hard at the first part. Partly because it was damn funny, and partly out of terror/relief of ‘there but for the grace of god go I’ feeling. When my cat woke me up in the early hours the next morning, my sleepy brain started to embellish on the story. I thought, what if Lena was actually pregnant? What if something had happened earlier, maybe an early onset heat that Kara helped with. Perhaps Lena asked the timid alpha because she thought rightly that she wouldn’t brag it around the school (but inadvertently gave Kara hope), so she lent Kara a hand so she could splash her. And maybe Lena rubbed some inside. Lena figured out she was pregnant -thanks to some overachieving swimmers- just before the spectacle of Kara’s promposal, which amplified everything to the nth degree. This could be taken as a prompt, but my point is really that I was still thinking about your story hours later. And hopefully not too much of an over share. I’m gonna go metaphorically hide now.

I have ideas for more, but yes, that's very true about there being a lot of multi-chapters ongoing. Ideally I'd love to continue everything. It's so hard every single month choosing what to update. 😅 I think for now I'll see where inspiration takes me and I will add this to the next continuation poll just to give it a shot (since people have requested it).

Will there be more parts to this story? Honestly every story u created so far are all so amazing i know you already have some multi chapter stories but ahhh!! There are so many possibilities to be explored!!

If I had more time, I would have leaned into that more and included other scenes with Lena being a bit of a mean girl (maybe by accident, maybe intentionally) and Nerd Kara trying so hard. 👀 .... Like a very gay Mean Girls. There was something I had to cut out from the gym and it would have been funnn, but I'm happy you liked that, the paintball scene and the makeshift prom. 😊 Originally I wanted to have Lena create another prom and invite Kara's friends (and her own friends as their dates) and make it all fluffy and cute, then add another scene where Lena wore the cheerleader outfit again (or maybe took up college cheerleading at her new university). I love the idea of a reunion, or even just Lena and Kara bumping into some people from high school. 😂 I'll keep that in mind for possible continuation options! I tried to come up with an elaborately awful idea and then I watched some promposals for inspiration, and they're all kinda embarrassing, aren't they? But Kara certainly wins a prize for worst ever promposal by picking a time when everyone would be watching instead of like, dropping a poster off at Lena's house. They were a fun pairing to write for this, what with Lena being a secret dork and Kara being pretty different than she usually is in fics, sorta. Winn is never going to forgive Lena and will continue to remind her of her wrongdoing right up until their wedding day, most likely. I felt like that convo between Lena and Kara had to be had... which maybe turned the story into a more serious thing than comical, but still it felt important because otherwise Kara wouldn't have necessarily given Lena another chance. Thank you! 😁 It was a somewhat long build up to it, but they did get there, and the cheerleading outfit maybe will be a thing in a future fic or continuation.

It honestly probably could have been 20K if I added more Nerd!Kara at the start and a scene that featured the cheerleading outfit and other things I wanted to add. But of course... I needed to post it some time this month. Ahhhhh, I'm so glad you liked their little reversal where Lena was kind of a spaz after Kara grew out of her spaz phase! 😁 It's on my own personal prompts list to write a fic where Kara isn't interested in a relationship, or one of them isn't interested in a relationship - but they sleep together a lot and there's feelings. -Maybe- -- because there's a lot on the list. If anyone requests a continuation of this fic, that cheerleader outfit scene will definitely be on the table. 😊 Thank you again!!!!

I put a lot of time into adding to this one and in hindsight it actually kinda would have been fun to write her being a dork around Lena -before- her transformation took place, but then I think I would have ended up with a short novel. Yep, destiny brought them back together and they still got to experience some things like fake!prom and first times. P.S. I wanted to throw in a cheerleader outfit scene, and I was slated to do that, but then I hit 15,000 words and I realllyyy wanted to work on 3 other updates... so something had to get cut from my plot plans. 😭

Well worth the wait. Poor teen Kara making a fool of herself for varsity cheerleader Lena (I really liked that) definitely pictured Lena being one of those snarky stuck up cheerleaders from the movies I was so crushed for how Kara got rejected. When they finally meet again I mean who can blame Lena. A tall beefy alpha with flannel I’d be swooning too. The build up was great so really enjoyed the comedy of the gym scenes and the protective and sweetness of their paintball game. Shower sex damn that was sexy. Loved how cocky Kara became and how Lena was basically a puddle in her very capable hands. The makeshift prom Lena did for Kara with a dorky poem to match. This story definitely delivered and made my think of a cute romcom from the early 2000s you nailed it once again. I only wish we had gotten to see Lena don her cheerleader outfit again and for Kara to fuck her silly in it. Oh well maybe if you ever have enough time and are willing to do a sequel where Kara and Lena attend their 10 year high school reunion as married mates to the shock of all those jerks that made fun of her. Oh my goodness. Reading this scene with Kara declaring her intentions to Lena IN THE MIDDLE of a football game. I got second hand embarrassment from this. The skittles and the pepperonis oh my goodness I shriveled up from just the thought. So seeing Kara in college all hunky, I’m swooning. And so is the whole Omega population apparently lol. Kara looks so good the way you describe her and my imagination when it comes to your Lena???! Sheesh! Brainy is so cute here. So suave lol and Winslow 😂😂 he has to chill! The increasing thirst with Lena hahaha and I enjoyed that touch of remorse with Lena. But I also like that you put that they were kids back in high school. It was such a mature approach. The sex is always elite, you know that. And the verbal back and forth was so hot. The fantasies with this one! So good! Lena in a cheerleading outfit 🔥🔥 Well done!

Did I IMMEDIATELY love awkward college Lena and Hot Confident Kara?? FUCK YEAH I DID. Kara deserves groupies is all I’m saying. And it was so nice seeing Kara being the one sorta playing hard to get! Gosh but they were so sweet the whole time too. Kara being protective in paintball! Lena apologizing! And then it all coming together. We are all not immune to the idea of cheerleading outfits that’s for sure. And then Lena making her dorm room a little mini prom night 🥺🥺 they can role play that little fantasy as many times as they want until it’s perfect now! Ohhh. I loved this. ❤️❤️. Poor Kara so embarrassed in high school. Then turned herself into a handsome,buff,kind and confident Alpha. Lena admitting how she treated Kara and how sorry she was. This is so true of nearly all of us. High School hell, College Heaven. I loved the fact that Kara hadn’t dated anyone because “they weren’t you” she was so honest and Lena basically being a virgin and never had taken a knot. It was like destiny had waited for them to mature and grow and then finally brought them together. The only thing I wish you had added to the story was the sex with Lena in her cheerleading outfit. That would have been 🔥🔥🔥.
