That's a good point -- something I've been meaning to include more often in fics! I'll keep this in mind for the monthly fic and others in the future. Just a quick edit to add: Lena will have tattoos in whatever fic comes up next where I can possibly do it, lol.

Alpha Kara Omega Lena (or vice versa). Kara is in a friends / enemies with benefits with Siobhan Smythe. BF Lena doesn’t know how to handle it (either doesn’t know she’s in love with Kara or refuses to admit it). When Kara’s rut / heat approaches, Lena realises drastic action has to be taken. GP Karra or Alpha Kara/Omega Lena post-finale. Kara & Lena are in that weird stage where they're not together but they know their relationship has changed. Lena has been struggling with some kind of formula or calculation, and Kara solves it when she joins Lena for lunch in her lab one day. Lena, obviously, is into it and jumps Kara's bones.

Alpha Kara Omega Lena post finale. Lena has been practicing and pursuing her magic more. When she tries to make a new an improved Krypto suit for Kara and studying the effects of Kryptonite. She accidentally makes pink kryptonite. Making Kara even more friendlier towards her. Confused Lena learns pink Kryptonite makes Kryptonians gay. Effects wear off and Kara confesses she’s always had feels for Lena even with out the pink kryptonite. They fly back to Lena’s apartment to make love.

Alpha Kara Omega Lena. After the finale (except Kara didn’t reveal herself to the world as supergirl because i hate that) Kara begins being editor in chief at Catco and is given her own intern. The intern is clearly crushing on her but she is oblivious. Lena witnesses the obvious flirting and show this omega is putting on one day when she comes for lunch and instantly hates her. Hilarity ensues when they both fight for Kara’s attention. Lena is extremely jealous and does all she can to seduce the alpha, even makes her jealous too. Bonus for Cat seeing this all go on and fanning the flames to her own amusement between everyone.
