Feng Shui Engineering chapters 36-37: It's Time To Duel

I have made some small changes to the previous chapters - mainly splitting up 33 into two parts, and clarifying that Wu Lanhua would not simply rule in favor of Shanyi winning a duel by fiat, due to concerns over her own reputation.
Chapter 38 is also finished, but still needs a look over from my editor, I think.
