Had two different sketches I wanted to complete, but ultimately went for this one first, just because it sort of resonated with me a little more at the time :D
Wanted to go for a nice classic crib scene without many distractions here, keeping it all simple and readable, and rather cool for a change, instead of drowning everything in my usual warm glow, to get across that natural feel of live camera footage.
I've noticed that I kind of like the aesthetic of an "empty" crib such as this one, rather than one filled with plushies and toys and so on.
It's less busy and colorful this way, for sure, but it adds a lot of "baby" to the atmosphere in my opinion, since cribs typically really are supposed to have as little in them as possible, especially during sleeptime ^^
So yeah, here's some live footage of a rather grumpy Ben all snug in his crib, wearing a cute sleeper with extra comfy mittens!
He's probably waiting for naptime to be over soon, both looking forward to and not looking forward to diaper-change-time at all xD
Actually had a real issue deciding on the main colour for the sleeper here, so I made some alternative versions which I'll be uploading over the next few days.
I couldn't decide on which one to pick, but maybe you folks can! x3
And of course, the next project is already in the works as well! productivity ftw!
