Restroom Fuss

Aaaand here we have it, the finished FCFS-prize for Robert, who wanted to see another Bulldad make an appearance, starring the ever-present Benjamin! Hooray! :D

The setting gave me a few worries initially, as restrooms tend to be rather monotone and, well, “practical”, with not a lot of interesting stuff to focus on. However, a bit of fancy tiling (inspired by the restrooms we have in the place I used to work at), and some strategically placed props (and characters) made up for it in the end, and I really like the outcome!
Looks pretty natural to me at least, and rather warm and inviting for what it is.
Of course, the changing-station makes for a nice contrast too ^^

I had some more stuff in mind, but I had to constantly remind myself that this is not some private nursery, but a restroom, so I did my best to reduce overwhelming detail to a minimum in order to preserve the overall atmosphere, which wasn't easy for me, since I usually just like adding more and more, as you guys might know by now xP

This pic concludes the month, and I already got some sketches ready for the coming weeks, handsome anthrodads included! :3

Naturally, next up will be the lovely Joshua's monthly thank-you pic, and we already have a concept for that in mind as well, so it shouldn't take any longer than necessariy for me to complete that!

Tomorrow I'll be spending the day with my brother, and after that I should be able to get straight back to scribbling for you folks!
