Hey guys! I'm trying out a few new things and wanted your take on them. The first is a new technique! Beyond 2 brush blending, the only technique I haven't tried that I'm aware of is Non Metallic Metal. Above you can see a picture of my second attempt - think this is something I should pursue more and talk about? I think ideally it's useful for painters who paint with a fixed light source as you can now "fix" the lighting on the blade, but it's also just pretty fun to do in general.
The second is a new camera position I'm trying out. I think it'll solve a few problems, most notably keeping the miniature in focus (until I get a new camera at least). It's also a bit easier to paint as I can get closer to the mini and have less eye strain. However, if you hate it then I won't do it of course. Just initial impressions are fine for now, I'll film the whole video like this and then you can see what you think after seeing the final product but I'd love your thoughts ahead of time.

Thanks for being awesome!
