Update!

Hey guys! I hope you are all well and enjoying your summer. I've been painting like crazy for a very special video! This will be, by far, my most in-depth paint job on the channel and I really hope you guys enjoy it! Above you can see a sneak peak at about the half-way point.

So let's talk about Patreon benefits. As you know I put up my last video slightly ahead of schedule and I hope to continue to do that as I can. This painting one should be done before Friday when I plan to post him so expect to see that soon!

Additionally, I've taken your feedback and done some thinking behind it and updated a few of the tiers here. I will be doing a podcast, at least once a month for everyone to listen to. Once the first one is ready I'll add the necessary RSS info so expect an email with that soon. In the podcast (tentatively titled "The King's Rant" - let me know if you think of a better name!) I will be going over recent board game news up front and then moving on to a discussion topic I've chosen for each episode. I plan to webcam myself during the podcast (though on Patreon it'll be audio only) in case I ever wish to publish them as videos in the future.

So here's how this affects the tiers here. The $5 tier will receive these early. All Patrons can listen to them, but $5 or higher backers will have early access to it. Additionally, I've put more effort into hopefully providing extra benefits to the $20 tier, which will get an exclusive bonus episode each month along with a personal (audible) thank you/shout out during my regular YT videos. This is exclusive and will only be available at the $20 tier or higher. The bonus podcast will most likely contain some more background information on the main topic, a preview of the next topic and more personal (opinionated) insights into my views on the industry.
