Help me decide how to paint him

How bright do you want the patron voted mini of the month? The concept art has fairly muted colors so in my previous post where I listed the paints I chose muted colors as well. I'll be starting to paint him tomorrow and therefore this is your last chance to help choose how they are painted. Note that every option is based on what you've seen on my channel, so normal brightness is my other miniatures. I tend to paint a bit darker than others as it's just generally what I like to see (I think it's more realistic). But this is your pick so you choose!

Lastly, sorry I didn't edit the Chronicle X minis sooner to complete the video and release to you all early, I had forgotten about Hellboy and I know several of you are highly interested in that one so I made sure to make that video instead with the time I had. They'll be represented in their full glory Friday! Until then, here's a neat pic I took of them :D

Oh that's cool! The assassination thing makes total sense. Flapping bright feathers before killing a man seems awfully silly though :P

2018-04-26 18:26:20 +0000 UTCI read once that people actually used to wear feathered cloaks as they hid the body structure of the person beneath really well, the conformed into many different shapes depending on what you were intending, and when waving your cloak in front of an enemy, the shape and color would bedazzle them for a second and allow you to get in the killing strike. I think some of the Roman commanders wore feathered cloaks for that reason...made it much harder to assisinate them
2018-04-26 18:05:09 +0000 UTCOh that'd be cool! Not sure what's out there that I could get in time, but I bet I could mimic that pretty well where the black shines blue. I'd just highlight the black as normal and then wash it in blue to tint it like I do for OSL effects. Think that would do what you're thinking?
