Remember that the healing is painful and extensive and eventful and a process. You are doing it. A lot of those things seemed to be aimed specifically to hurt you. A person that does that is hurt and hurt people hurt people. That doesn't make it okay, or even a little better, it just gives you a reference for evil. Know that you didn't deserve the evil. NEVER believe that. You are strong, kind, unique, and the least important thing, you are impossibly stunning.
