as voted on by you all, my next HOW TO MONSTER tutorial will be about concepting and generating ideas. i'll discuss the different ways that i find inspiration, come up with interesting design concepts, record my ideas for future use, and figure out how to translate more or less abstract prompts into tangible monster designs.
here's your chance to pose questions on this topic and to tell me what kind of info, tips, and ideas you would find most helpful. is there any particular point in the designing process where you often get stuck? do you struggle with coming up with unique concepts? or do you have fantastic ideas, but find it hard to turn them into visuals and decide what the character actually *looks* like? comment below, and i'll try my best to address your questions & thoughts in the upcoming tutorial!
