Lady Eva runs a tight operation, and when she finds that there's a whistleblower, she punishes them in perverse and horrific ways. When a team of sexy spies infiltrate her facility, they are met with the terrifying creations of the malicious mistress. Will they succeed in their mission to assassinate the lady? Or will they find their fates in the stomachs of something unnatural?...
