Tablo did the song “U” with Stray Kids. He is also Stray Kids’s mentor. They idolize him.

I was waiting for you to react to this and I'm so happy you did!!
As always you're spot on with catching the muli-entendres👏👏
I knew you'd pick up on Tablo's lines quite well. He mastered in English Literature at Stanford so he's well versed in the language and it's reflected in his masterful writing.
With RM there was a disconnect because you weren't familiar with the '27 Club' and how deep that is that he ever thought it would be his fate. Then searching for another "club" shows his uncertainty and anxiety about what's next for him now that he's lived passed 27.
There's a photo of RM in a bathtub crying in his RPWP album project. This most likely reflects this lyric and his state at that time of his life where he lived longer than he thought he would and the crisis of identity he was facing, being conflicted between his stage persona "put my shadows on" "status quo" and his real self.
Tablo chimes in with "Be positive" to which RM responds "I know, but you gotta know my life is out of love" which is a reference to his song 'Out of Love' from his latest album which touches on themes of 'Loneliness and Isolation' 'Self Reflection' 'Relationship Dynamics' 'The Weight of Fame'.
I know that a lot gets lost in translation so it was much easier to appreciate and understand Tablo's words but I definitely think RM gave the best, most vulnerable and raw lines here.
Tablo didn't want to release it because for him he wanted to protect RM because this is an honest entry out of his diary and he didn't want him to face scrutiny or have to answer questions about his lyrics.
You can tell these two have a lot of love and understanding between them and it's beautiful that they can help encourage others that they're not alone in the rain or even in their attempts to stop the rain.
I'll finish off with RM's lyrics from 'Still Life'
"Life is better than the death, I'll prove it"
I hope they have healed and are in a better place now. I hope they are both happy and happy to be alive. I wish them nothing but the greatest happiness💜
