The largest city in the realm and center of the Faith underwent serious changes after the coming of the dragons. The various schemes and matters of religion that made the lives of the Lords of the Hightower very tricky, which of course makes for some great stories.

Awesome show, the soft power conspiracy theories are brilliant to think about. Also made me think of a parallel to how Tywin Lannister tried to do similar stuff by taking on the crowns debts and suggesting the betrothal of Cersei to Rhaegar. This is why your shows rock.
