New Review! A Big Video About Scourge (not that one)

A huge review about Scourge, Scourge, and Scourge (but not Scourge) that I started in 2021 and only just got around to finishing. Was it worth it? I sure hope so!

New Review! A Big Video About Scourge (not that one)

Also "Scourg-ei Prokofiev" made me cackle for a solid minute

Looking at the G1 toy and...hm, am I the only one that thinks they might've been going for a Star Wars Landspeeder with his alt mode? The three engines at the back really give me that vibe

It's funny you make the "and his husbands" joke because the first 2-3 times I ever watched the movie I legit thought that's what Unicron said.

I have SS86 Scourge and I love him! I only got him because I already had Kingdom Cyclonus and Legacy Galvatron so figured I should complete the trio, but he's wonderful! I'm with you on not really liking the backdrops (my only other non-Core-Class SS toy is Rhinox, and I binned his immediately), but I had to keep Scourge's. I did let Galvatron steal it though, he stands proudly on it with Scourge and Cyclonus either side. I also gave Scourge's weird purple blast effect to Galvy since it matches the blast from his cannon in the film. Poor Scourge is probably feeling rather robbed at this point, let's hope he doesn't compensate by stealing the Matrix of Leadership again...

excellent video, I've only owned a couple Scourges(original and the flying wing one) but they were rad as shit

Captain Invictus

The hand swap thing was definitely intentional. They mentioned on the fanstream Sweep was revealed onthat if you wanna have a Scourge or Sweep with 2 open hands or whatever they're easy to take apart and switch around

Euphrates

Deeply cosigned as a fellow victim of Hasbro's repaint ridiculousness

Heck yeah. I'm still missing a Scourge in my collection so this video is very informative. I'd love to pick up the Generations or SS86 one at TFNation (and cybertron Sideways as well, he looks rad)

Titanium Scourge, and the Titanium line in general, was indeed outsourced! Specifically, it was produced by Galoob, a subsidiary of Hasbro (formerly a separate company; they made Micro Machines) that had never made Transformers toys before. The Titanium line was basically a spinoff of an existing line of die-cast spaceships and statues.

Beast Wars Scourge makes me think of the enemies in the game Deep Fear that I also just found out about.

Slightly of topic but i love Cybertron Undermine 😆 that aside this was a great video
