Ty! I got the idea from this, and this is supposedly an apartment building. I'm not completely sold on the pipes yet but the ceiling looks a bit too bare without them. And it's precisely that, haha. 2022-11-30 12:58:58 +0000 UTCnice, looks like chernobyl. the pipes on the ceiling don't make too much sense (then again i don't live in russia so maybe over there its a standard thing in apartments) but it doesn't really matter like... at all, also, what's the 'flakey' stuff on the ceiling?
