If Sansa ever needed a hint of how vile Littlefinger is it comes in this chapter: “the wench is dead.”. Just the casual indifference to Robert’s suffering after the death of his mother. And the shrug. He’s a despicable man. It’s funny we don’t get Sansa’s reaction to that line, but surely eventually she will tally all his horriblenesses. .
