I was maybe 8 when I spent all my travel money on a giant combiner robot, and promptly returned it because the damn thing was baby shoes simple. A couple years later, when Power Rangers debuted on US tv, I'd be officially introduced to the OG Megazord.

2021-10-06 00:50:31 +0000 UTCI am in the same boat, a little too old for Power Rangers when they came out, but I appreciated the toys my friends had. In recent years, I have watched some of the Japanese series which are much darker and entertaining as an adult.
