v0.44 Details

Thank you to everyone who participated in the content poll for v0.44, it really helped me narrow down what bits of content people were interested in and what could wait a little longer. I've also read through all of the comments people left, they were all great feedback and have given me a lot to work with! There are four main things that will be updated in v0.44 when it comes out at the end of the month:

1) Trance mechanic tweaks - I got some really useful feedback on the trance mechanic, so I'm going to make some tweaks to it that should have it run more smoothly and result in fewer missed trance opportunities. The biggest change will be that training will be a once/turn action instead of advancing time, so you'll be able to train girls who enter trances after a date, end-of-day event, or even just a convenient night-time quicky.

2) More Personality dialogue - I'll be combing through existing events and actions and tweak the dialogue to be more personality based. I think I'm going to put some heavy focus on the sex response dialogue, which only has a few variants right now as is seen a lot throughout the game. I'll also be adding some trance variants dialogue, to reinforce the difference in personality.

3) Special training options - These options will be available to girls who meet specific requirements, often requiring multiple specific opinions and maybe Sluttiness, Obedience, Love, sex skills, ect. The options will be hidden until the girl fulfils at least some of the requirements, so you might not be aware of the exact options available until you find a candidate who is at least partially suitable. These training options may include a short special event, and will give the girl a new role with new actions, and may influence other parts of the game with specific effects. If you have ideas for what sort of special trainings you would like to see leave a comment, I am building a list right now and would love some more options to put on there.

4) New serum traits - These traits will mainly focus on giving you the ability to alter some physical traits on a girl, like hair colour, eye colour, body type, and skin tone. I would like to avoid clogging the list up with a dozen different colour variants, so I would like to add a new serum design step that lets you set a trait parameter when you research it. When you research "Hair Colour Alteration" you select what the goal colour will be and research that particular variant. You could then research the trait again, this time with a different goal colour, and both would appear on your trait list when making a Serum. That system may end up out of scope, depending on how much time the other content takes, so it might be simplified down to a few premade variants for common hair colours (and a few out-there ones at higher research levels).

5) Fan Favourites - If everything else goes I'll knock out some of the choice pieces of content that seemed to have a lot of support, even if their general category didn't. Tweaks to the sex system, a few new short events, that sort of stuff.

Hi! I've been playing this beautiful game for quite a long time and I'm still waiting for tights to be added to the models ' wardrobe. It's so sexy! Yes, many people like stockings, but there are also those who like pantyhose. Please, dear developer, add tights as another item of clothing. By the way, to access the pussy, they can not only be removed, but also simply torn. You can ask the lady not to wear panties under pantyhose (or she will not do it on her own initiative) and then sex is possible with torn pantyhose without difficult access to the pussy.

Regarding Emily holding conversations in the nude: if I recall correctly, adding contextual responses to not having clothes on is on his to-do list, he just hasn't gotten around to it yet. :)

Bit of a bug with shopping dates. If you go shopping with someone who's not willing to go lingerie shopping with you, they'll take you to the clothes store instead and you resolve that normally... but as soon as you finish there, it resumes the lingerie shop dialogue with you deciding whether you want to pick something or let her pick, and proceeds from there.

For the hair/eye color change, just have it pick one at random? That way you only have 2 serums. If I get a color I don't like, I dose the girl again. Maybe I get a color I wasn't thinking of that I like?

*Really* need some sort of "sexual encounter automation system". The new encounters I have every so often are interesting for being new, but the ones I've seen time and time again have honestly gotten to be more of an obstacle to enjoying the Diabolical Human Mental Manipulation Simulator aspect of the game. (Serums. Lots and lots of twisted, mind-fucking serums.)

One thing I'd love to see considered (though it might stretch the definition of 'comments while having sex ect') is simultaneous orgasm. Three reasons: 1) Its a fairly logical dialogue branch. It seems odd right now that characters always go one after the other like sex is a turn based game. 2) It allows you to take advantage of peak arousal for creampie acceptance which seems appropriate. 3) Seems like a thing that could provide a trance bonus because its a little more difficult to execute.

Sorry for the double-post, but one thing that struck me playing through 0.43 was that the way arousal acts as temporary bonus slutiness not just during sexytimes but constantly really, *really* changes how the game plays. In prior playthroughs it was possible to gradually corrupt Jen/Lily - you could even essentially let them passively corrupt themselves, and if you didn't actively try there was a nice slow buildup where you could see a lot of their low-slutiness content. Now, every time something happens to bump their arousal (and that happens a surprisingly large amount even w/o trying), they escalate VERY rapidly, and never fully clear it. In many circumstances with other characters, after an event or sequence raises arousal it's reset to zero before the game moves on, but the events that work up Jen & Lily definitely don't and it's now nigh impossible to slowly raise corruption since after 1-1.5 hearts things tend to escalate quickly. It was always possible to quickly corrupt them, but this gets rid of the possibility of them corrupting themselves. It'd be really nice if arousal continues to directly translate to day-to-day bonus slutiness (rather than only-during-sex bonus slutiness like it used to) for these particular characters to have post-event arousal resets, or more generally for arousal to gradually decay every day or possibly reset entirely overnight or after a week. (This also makes me realize that a simple yet seemingly obvious serum trait that's missing is temporary arousal serum.)

I wouldn't mind more serums that feel meaningful, but I'm pretty meh about hair change or the like as described. A salon and maybe cosmetic surgeon makes sense as an alternative, but having distinct, separately researched serum traits for each variation of the same overall change sounds tedious and seems like it would result in massive bloat when trying to look through your options to make a new serum. And I don't want to have to make different batches to apply different colors and keep track of which is which. I doubt I'd research this type of trait at all, except as a prerequisite of something else, as currently described

If you're laying out your workload for 0.44, here's a few late-discovered bugs/continuity errors: * If Emily strips during at-home tutoring she'll walk you to the door wearing little or nothing even with slutiness below 20, and carry on a conversation with her mother who doesn't remark on it. This also applies if she invites you to stay for dinner. * If you tutor Emily at home at night, she counts as having been tutored the next day as well and won't be able to tutor her at home (though you can still tutor her at school that day). * If you complete the exam with Emily and take the option to hire her, a normal hiring screen pops up and you can select or decline. However, afterwards you're not given the option to assign her to a division, so after she says the post-hire dialogue she remains unemployed and never mentions work again. * If you set a policy like Draconian Enforcement that has a penalty in the morning, you can leave it on until evening and then turn it off before night, and you won't suffer the penalties despite being able to benefit from it all day. It would probably be better if you could only alter a single policy once per day (or week), or even only be able to alter policies once per day (or week), full stop. Being able to turn them on and off on a whim seems too easy to abuse. [Edit: At a minimum, being able to change the rules constantly seems like it should be a high-level, expensive, late-game company policy...] * If you reduce an employee's salary to zero, you can still give them a cash bonus that's based on multiplying their $0/day salary by 1, 5, or 20 and thus give them huge happiness/obedience boosts for no cost every day (and also every week by giving them 10% of $0 raises - I want to say this applies to the raises you have to give them to keep them from quitting too). It would probably be better to put a floor on bonus values; e.g., pay out daily/weekly/monthly salary or a flat $10/$50/$200, whichever is higher (and also put a minimum of $1 on raise offers/demands). * You can get a "I'm stuck here at work but wish I could spend more time with you" text from Jen when it's the weekend and she's not at work.

So, I've already given my suggestions for special training options in the previous thread, but I'd like to elaborate on them here -- just as hypothetical examples! I'm not trying to top from the bottom. Before I do that, however, I think it's crucial for special training options for us to be able to use the trance state to REDUCE obedience, sluttiness, and love. Yes, reduce them -- because you want to maintain some of these values at a sweet spot for sex scenes to play out in specific ways, and that becomes exponentially more important if you have special training options in there. Moving on... The three special training options that occurred to me immediately are as follows: 1). Breeder: Requires a love bareback sex, vaginal sex, and creampies (and pregnancy and lactation, if these opinions are added to the game!). Breeder, as I envision it, would dramatically lower orgasm threshold during vaginal sex when not pregnant, and would ensure that a creampie would produce enough arousal to almost certainly lead to an orgasm. In addition, it would provide a number of dialogue options during sex for the missionary, doggy, wall, and piledriver positions, and she might go so far as to refuse non-vaginal sex until pregnant (unless she has a high obedience stat). When pregnant, the tables turn: she may refuse vaginal sex, but she constantly generates happiness, especially when her pregnancy starts to show (the notifications of which would also demonstrate different dialogue options), or when she begins lactating. In addition, she will respond more positively, and with unique dialogue options, to anal sex, tit fucks (especially while lactating), and any sex acts in which you grope her breasts. 2). Exhibitionist: Requires a favorable opinion of showing her tits, showing her ass, being naked, and public sex. This would cause the girl to have a cumulatively lower orgasm threshold when in public and-or showing different parts of her anatomy, and it would also provide new dialogue responses for stripping scenes and for public sex. 3). Service Submissive: Requires a love of submission, a hatred of taking control, and a high obedience stat. This allows the player to give her new commands from the command menu, including ordering her to deep-throat you, tit-fuck you, or present her pussy or ass at a moment's notice. In addition, whenever you order her to perform a sex act before she's ready, or whenever she engages in a sex act which you initiate from the command menu, she has new dialogue options and lower arousal thresholds. I realize that any one of these would require a great deal of effort (lots of dialogue writing for each personality type and for multiple contingencies), so I have no expectations, regardless of whether or not you intend to implement similar concepts. If nothing else, I present these as a source of inspiration, nothing more. Good luck!

First off I want to say that this is so far a fun game and I am greatly enjoying it. My biggest issues at the moment boil down to UI design and Micromanagement. On the Serum Traits side of things, *sort them like the employee departments*. How to categorize them may be fun to determine, but a straight list of all options just doesn't work well. It's cluttered and messy and finding the thing you want can be difficult at times (and will only get worse with more traits!). And for employee micro... I really hate losing an entire 3-hour time segment to a single performance review. I also hate how difficult it is to track and adjust employee wages. The latter stat should be included in the summary line for each employee (ETA: I forgot it already is (I'm playing the modded .42) but you can't sort it like in the modded .42. The official release needs sorting = P). And modifying it should happen in the list as well, with no in-game time wasted, just like modifying production or choosing a serum trait to research. I'm not saying get rid of Performance Reviews altogether, mind you, but make it less obnoxious, at the very least. Possibly enable multiple reviews to happen in a single chunk of game time. Oh, another UI thing I just remembered. An issue I'm having in my games is that sometimes employee stats develop a directional trend with no apparent cause and no apparent remedy (other than termination and replacement). So some hints (IC it could be a note from HR if you want some immersion) to the effect of, "Sarah doesn't appreciate this thing," or, "Jennifer is too happy to care about obedience," would be a really nice touch. Heh, something I'm just noticing... There needs to be a way to just "delete" unwanted serums. Maybe with a potential bad effect if you handle it poorly? (Throw a bad batch in the trash, it gets out, shit happens.) I've got a bunch of experimental stuff from Nora that is basically toxin in a vial but no way to get rid of it without selling it for negative money or using it on people at a bit of a detriment. (The real issue is that I keep forgetting I don't need to produce more of those things after the first unit I get from designing the serum!)

Trances in the current version can do exactly what you're asking for with regards to opinions. I don't think pre-defined serums are a good idea (what's the point when you can already make an identical serum yourself?) but I do like the idea of certain stat combinations having a noticeable effect on personality, e.g. a girl with large breasts/high sluttiness/low intelligence starts talking like a bimbo, has an option for you to refer to her as "your bimbo" etc.

Content more content I think the serums pretty much do there thingy but there are placeholders not being used and it seems like the serums are just small tweaks of the same thing add Diktok and Only fanatics content. it seems like it's begining to lack content and just turning into a serum grind or at some point do we pay off the loan mom took out. Sorry if I sound ranty but just my opinion I really hate grinds with no purpose.

I'd like to see more random events, increased rate of certain events based on serums that the girls might be under. Serums to remove / change traits from negative to positive (IE: Remove the cousins I hate small talk that she gets almost every time I start a new game, and replace it with loves small talk, or changes it to hates the color pink or something like that.). Predefined serums is also something I would like to see. Bimbo serum - Increases breast size, sluttiness, happiness, decrease intelligence, lowers the effectiveness of birth control. Breeders paradise (increases pregnancy chance, pregnancy speed, chance for multiple babies, lowers effectiveness of birth control....) Other ideas?

I think the change of hair colour for the duration of a serum has a side effect, maybe funny. But for permanent change, just implement a hair salon. Focus on other aspects please, like a house Harem or threesomes for when we find some of the girls having fun, that sort of things.

Hmm, for special training options I imagine you'll pull some inspiration from LR1. Off the top of my head some ideas: 1) This is a great place to link in only fanatics. Watching the final results of these videos isn't nearly as fun as helping make them (Alex's, 'now make sure you creampie me for the video' type event in LR 1 was one of my favourites) 2) Someone earlier mentioned voyeurism, this might be a fun thing to do where you find some other people having sex (even two girls who are linked by the 'friends' event) and watch them while perhaps playing around with each other. 3) 'Discrete public sex' training. Handjobs under the table while at the cafe, blow job under the table in the board room during a conference, that sort of thing. 4) Recruiter - there's already a couple of events for things like this, but being able to specially train a girl to find friends, family ect who she discretely gives serums too and then serves to the player. Seems a little involved to program but you asked for ideas so... 5) Girl on girl - Train some bi-sexual tendencies. Subsequent role could trigger events at work where you walk in on two girls who are 'friends'. 6) Harem - Train girls so they don't get jealous if they have the girlfriend role and see you messing around with someone. Indeed they might encourage it if slutty enough. 7) Maid girl - Train a girl to be your live in maid. Besides helping mum with the cleaning her role means she'll provide 'nigh service'. Double points if she will also occasionally be found providing night service for other family members. 8) Sexually assertive - A good training for girls who already like taking control. Once they have the role they should aggressively crack onto the player rather than waiting for you to come to them (I'm thinking an 'on enter' event with a reasonably high chance of triggering that leads to a number of the 'girl in charge' sex positions). That seems like heaps for now and I'm sure you'll get a billion suggestions from everyone else. Keep up the great work!

That's hilarious. Makes me think the breast enlargement/reduction might be a good candidate for side-effects. 'I tried to give me researcher higher int but now she has huge breasts and her hair has turned green and the FDA has even more questions than usual'.

Reading about the hair alteration made me think that it could work as a side effect. Something simple like, "turns hair blue". It could also be duration based.
