In my headcanon, Sarafina is actually very talkative - despite having only one line in the original movie. XD I imagine she's quiet in big groups but a real chatterbox when she's with just a few friends or family members.
Sarafina's sister, Zingela (my OC), is even more talkative. She's very nosy and loves to gossip...
And yeah, Kula is the only one out of Scar's daughters that Chungwa has at least somewhat sisterly relationship with. They weren't raised as sisters - since they have different mothers and the mothers hated their father. Besides, Kula is much older than Chungwa. But they are close.
