Forgot to mention this earlier, but it occurred to me that Sanyu probably named the blind cub after Hasani, as the names are so similar ( Hasina is Hasani with the last "a" and the "i" switched in place ). If so that is a very sweet, touching gesture, and shows Sanyu was at least decently close with her father. <3 Poor dear.

Not only is she heartless, she really is full-on crazy at this point. Ironic how her whole goal was originally to make Sanyu happy and give her the life she thought she deserved when really she has been by far the biggest source of misery in Sanyu's life.

I believe Sanyu’s mother, if she is still cunning as before, will try with all her might and cleverness to put the blame of all that has happened on Sanyu’s husband and maybe also his guard…this way she would find a scapegoat for all the misfortune that has recently plagued the pride and the kingdom, and also rid her daughter of a “useless” husband who in her eyes could eventually try to steal power from her…
