We've just done an automated audit of patron supporters and sometimes if the email addresses don't match or some of our supporters have multiple accounts it can kick off valid rewards. Please do check your reward tiers match what you have pledged, if there is anything wrong please let us know and we will look into this for you! Thanks again operators!
